Add sweetness:
Stir in the sweetener of choice (start with one tablespoon and adjust to taste).
Mix it up:
Pour the citrus mixture into two glasses filled with ice, if using.
Top with sparkle:
Add 1/2 cup sparkling water to each glass. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish and serve:
Add sliced citrus, a mint sprig, or a zest twist. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Honey Syrup Tip:
Mix honey and warm water to make honey syrup. Stir until dissolved.
Batch It:
Want to serve a crowd? Triple or quadruple the citrus mix and keep chilled. Let guests add their sparkle.
More Fizz:
Add more sparkling water for a lighter, less tangy drink.
Storage:
Juice can be made and stored in the fridge for 2–3 days. Add sparkling water just before serving.
