frozen mango chunks

cup
frozen pineapple chunks
1
medium orange
peeled and segmented
½
cup
coconut water
or regular water
½
cup
plain Greek yogurt

tablespoon
honey or maple syrup
optional
1-2
ice cubes
optional
Instructions
Add mango, pineapple, orange, coconut water, and Greek yogurt to the blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
Serve in a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Use frozen fruit for a thicker consistency.
For a vegan version, swap Greek yogurt for plant-based yogurt.
Add chia seeds or protein powder for an extra boost.
