Ingredients

fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2-

piece fresh ginger
peeled

almond milk
or your preferred milk

Greek yogurt
or dairy-free yogurt

–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/4
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
A pinch of sea salt
Ice cubes

Instructions
Place strawberries, fresh ginger, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt into the blender.
Blend on low speed initially, then gradually increase to high speed and blend for about 30 seconds or until the smoothie is smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk; if it is too thin, add more yogurt.
Pour into glasses, garnish with crushed ginger snaps or graham crackers, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
Enjoy immediately!
Notes
Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more honey or maple syrup.
If you want a dairy-free option, opt for coconut or almond yogurt.
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen strawberries or add a few ice cubes.
